RETURNS
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and accessories are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@magicperipheral.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Please include the return authorization number inside your return package.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Partial Refunds:
- In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
EXCHANGES
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@magicperipheral.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
